I had my first session with Trisha recently. I went in with an open mind, heart and soul. She was absolutely amazing. She handled potential sensitive situations like she had been doing this for years and addressed some things I'd repressed for a long time. I felt safe to cry and let it out. I felt comfortable enough to open up and not allow triggers or hesitation to prevent me from feeling and letting go.

I'm a working mom of 3 and have a blended family. I always put my families needs first and forget to take care of me. This was a huge reminder that it's ok to put myself first and find ways to keep myself in a healthy frame of mind, body and soul.

As a first time Reiki user. Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions and go in with intentions of healing, release, and continued growth.

I promise you will leave feeling lighter. Feeling clearer minded and less foggy. For me I set the intention to release the stress and accept the blessing the universe has in-store for me. I will be going back and working with her on some more releasing of negativity and deeper healing.

I also love how she checks on you after your session to make sure you are emotionally safe and well.
